Where can you find the ESCROW account number for the project you’re interested in? It’s easy! Just visit either the Dubai Land Department (DLD) website or use the Dubai REST application.
Then, go to the “Inquiry About Real Estate Project Status” section, click “search for project” and type project name.
Once the result is displayed, enter the project to see all the details and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find ESCROW account information. You can also follow one or multiple projects for easier access in the future.
